On August 10, 2018, the second symposium on the technical and equipment group standards for the "Technical Guidelines for Cold and Frost Protection of Water Supply Facilities in Residential Areas" organized by the County and Town Working Committee of the China Urban Water Supply and Drainage Association and relevant water supply and drainage enterprises was held in Hangzhou.
